To ensure you are covered, no matter what your needs, all Clustrix appliances and software come with a basic warranty and support service package which includes one-year hardware warranty, a ninety-day software warranty and email/phone support during business hours.

Additionally, Clustrix offers Basic and Premium Support Service options that both come with one-year hardware and software warranties. Premium Support also includes unlimited 24x7 live support, remote monitoring and quick access to an on-call engineer.  

No matter which support package you choose, our team will proactively engage with you and make recommendations for continuous scalability.
