Clustrix obtains the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials. Our Sites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them. Choice and Access
Any Personal Information collected by Clustrix is used for the purposes set forth above. You have the ability to “opt-out” or unsubscribe from any Clustrix marketing communications via email, phone, mail, or fax (provided below) at anytime. Clustrix also provides opt-out information in all marketing communications via an “unsubscribe” link in communication emails, which directly unsubscribes you from any further communication from Clustrix. Note that you do not have the ability to opt-out of communications that Clustrix sends as part of the Services.
Clustrix shall allow an individual access to their Personal Information and allow the individual to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information, except where the burden or expense of providing access would be disproportionate to the risks to the privacy of the individual in the case in question or where the rights of persons other than the individual would be violated. Clustrix recognizes the privacy interests of children, and Clustrix encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Site(s) and the Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, Clustrix endeavors not to collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13.
